DO WE HAVE TO PURCHASE TICKETS ONLINE OR CAN WE BUY THEM AT THE GATE?
Tickets can be purchased at the gate, but online tickets save you money and time. The price at the gate for a standard size vehicle is $34 (plus processing fee if using credit card).

WILL THERE BE FOOD AND DRINKS FOR PURCHASE?
No, you are welcome to bring your own snacks and beverages to the event.

DOES MY PARK SEASON PASS GET ME IN FOR FREE?
No, this is a private ticketed event and requires an admission fee. Tickets are available online or at the gate. Gate fee is slightly higher than advance online tickets.
ARE THERE DISCOUNTS OR COUPONS FOR SENIORS, MILITARY, OR STUDENTS?
We offer a universal coupon of $4 off. Join our email list to receive the discount code or coupon.
ARE THERE PUBLIC RESTROOMS?
Yes, Staff will instruct you where the restrooms are; they are mid-way through the event.
ARE YOU A TOY DROP-OFF FOR TOYS FOR TOTS?
YES! Just bring your new unwrapped toy to the ticket booth and we will take it from there! We are an official drop-off for Toys for Tots.
IS THERE REALLY A MAILBOX THAT GOES STRAIGHT TO THE NORTH POLE?
Yes, we have an official North Pole mailbox, so kids can drop off their letters here!
WHAT ARE 3-D GLASSES? ARE THE GLASSES AN EXTRA CHARGE?
3-D Glasses are Holospec glasses which enhance the holiday lights. The glasses change the light bulbs to snowmen, candy canes, reindeer or other holiday images. The glasses cost $3 per pair and are reusable for years to come. Design and shapes are subject to availability.
CAN I WALK, BIKE OR RIDE MY SCOOTER THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU?
No. For safety reasons, only cars are allowed through the Drive Thru event. We have designated nights for walking and biking through the event.
